Seminar #19

Purpose of the seminar

Due to the overuse of resources, the economic activities exceeding the environmental capacity, or the climate change, we face a range of problems in the bioresource production and environment. Scientists in the field of bioresource and environmental science are asked to propose solutions for these problems. Since the cause of the problem is multifaceted, scientists are asked to have multilateral viewpoints when they approach the target issue with their own professional skills so that they can return their outcomes to the society with defining their approach in multifaceted contexts. The purpose of the seminar is to strengthen the diversity of viewpoints of each participant on their research outcomes by given presentations by those scientists who approach issues in bioresources and environment in a variety of ways.
